A Major Step Forward In Walkbury's SMT Capabilities...

ANNOUNCEMENT

We are delighted to announce a major step forward in Walkbury SMT capabilities. A new high speed SMT line has been commissioned during Week 40, consisting of the following primary equipment:-

  • Reprint Services AVX500 SMT Stencil Printer with Inspection
  • Samsung SM411F High Speed Flexible Placer (12 Head, Twin Gantry, 01005 Capability)
  • Heller 1707 MKIII SMT Reflow Oven

Representing a significant investment in Walkbury’s continued growth strategy, this introduction will double the company’s SMT placement rate, offering our customers the continued flexibility in production batch scheduling that they have come to expect from Walkbury, combined with peace of mind in terms of machine redundancy in the rare event of any single piece of machine failure.

Having over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry, Jon brings with him a wealth of knowledge. Working as Production Manager, Jon is responsible for our Quality Management Systems and Production, he aims to surpass the high standards of our business model whilst exceeding our customer’s expectations.

We feel safe in the knowledge that Jon will effortlessly manage our desired growth and look forward to him becoming an integral part of our expanding team.
